Travel, considered.

Journeys, crafted
by hand.

I'm Khrista, an independent travel advisor crafting unhurried, deeply personal itineraries for the curious traveler. No templates. No packages. Just trips that feel inevitable.

What I do.

I run a small travel practice focused on companies that send their people on the road, both domestic and international. Six things I do most often, in roughly that order.

01.

Booking business travel

The bread and butter. Flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, last-minute changes. I do this for individual road warriors and full sales teams. The goal is always the same: your people get where they need to be without thinking about it.

02.

Multi-city team coordination

Six people flying in from six cities for a Tuesday meeting? I sequence the flights so they land within an hour of each other, route them to the same hotel, and book a car back to the airport at the end. One spreadsheet, zero email threads.

03.

Conferences & off-sites

Annual planning summits, sales kickoffs, leadership retreats, board meetings abroad. I find the venue, block the rooms, set up airport transfers, and build the schedule. You get a single point of contact instead of juggling six vendors.

04.

Travel programs & ongoing support

For companies that travel often, I become an extension of your team. Traveler profiles, preferred airlines, hotel loyalty, dietary needs, all on file. Trip requests come in by email and go out as booked itineraries the same day.

05.

Executive & VIP travel

For founders, executives, and clients you're flying in. Premium cabins, airport meet-and-greet, suites, private transfers, restaurant reservations the concierge couldn't get. Discreet, fast, and handled.

06.

Personal & family trips

Vacations, honeymoons, anniversary trips, the family week somewhere new. Many of my corporate clients also use me for their personal travel, which is how this part of the practice grew.

Where to.

For teams & companies

Business travel,
handled.

When your team needs to be in the same room across cities and time zones, the planning shouldn't fall on whoever has the fullest inbox. I work with companies to design seamless travel for employees and coordinate complex multi-leg schedules so everyone arrives within the same window, ready to work.

  • 01.Multi-city coordination, flights aligned so a team flying in from different locations lands within the same travel window.
  • 02.End-to-end logistics, flights, hotels, ground transfers, dinner reservations, and on-site needs, all in one itinerary.
  • 03.Preferred-partner rates & perks, upgrades, breakfast, and credits not available booking direct.
  • 04.After-hours support during travel, when a flight cancels at 11pm, your team calls me, not your office manager.
  • 05.Recurring trips, conferences, off-sites, repeat playbooks for the trips your team takes again and again.

Khrista Williams on the Maltese coast

A little about me.

I'm a veteran educator, twenty-five years in classrooms and on the road with students. Traveling the world with them is what first sparked my own curiosity, and over time the trips between trips became their own kind of education.

Recently I've been exploring widely, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Malta, San Ramino, Hawaii, and Mexico, learning each place and shaping what I can offer as a travel agent. I started Khrista Williams Travel in 2025 to share that discovery with others who love new experiences as much as I do.

How it works.

For companies hiring me to handle their travel, here's what working together actually looks like. Personal trips follow the same rhythm, just smaller.

01

A 30-minute intake call. Who travels, how often, where, and what's been frustrating about how it's handled now. If you have an existing travel policy, we walk through it. If you don't, I'll help you draft one.

Intake
02

I set up traveler profiles for your team, preferred seats, hotel loyalty numbers, dietary needs, passport details. Once they're on file, future bookings take minutes instead of an email chain.

Onboarding
03

You send trip requests by email or a shared form. I send back options that fit your budget and policy, you approve, I book. Everyone gets a clean itinerary the same day.

Day-to-day
04

Things go sideways during travel: a cancelled flight, a missed connection, a hotel mix-up at midnight. Your team contacts me directly and I sort it. No corporate hold music, no escalation queue.

When something breaks

Let's begin.

Tell me a little about the trip you're imagining. I'll respond within two business days with a few questions and a sense of how I can help.
