What I do.

Every trip begins with a conversation. From there, I handle the rest — the maps, the bookings, the small surprises waiting on arrival.

— 01

Corporate & business travel

Seamless itineraries for teams traveling from multiple cities. I coordinate flights, schedules, and arrivals so everyone lands within the same window — and your people can focus on the meeting, not the logistics.

— 02

Bespoke itineraries

Custom-built trip designs, from a long weekend to a multi-month sabbatical. Every reservation, route, and recommendation tailored to how you actually travel.

— 03

Honeymoons & milestones

Anniversaries, big birthdays, the trip after the trip. Quiet luxury, considered pacing, and the kind of moments that don't make it onto Instagram.

— 04

Family travel

Trips that work for everyone in the room — from picky teens to grandparents who'd rather not climb stairs. Logistics solved before you notice them.

— 05

Group & celebrations

Reunions, weddings abroad, friends-turning-50 villas in Tuscany. I coordinate the logistics so you can enjoy your own party.

— 06

Concierge & on-trip support

Reservations at the table you can't get into. A driver when the train strikes. Real-time help, in your timezone, while you're away.

Where to.

A handful of places I return to often — and a longer list of those I'd send you to first.

For teams & companies

Business travel,
handled.

When your team needs to be in the same room — across cities, across time zones — the planning shouldn't fall on whoever has the fullest inbox. I work with companies to design seamless travel for employees and coordinate complex multi-leg schedules so everyone arrives within the same window, ready to work.

  • — 01Multi-city coordination — flights aligned so a team flying in from different locations lands within the same travel window.
  • — 02End-to-end logistics — flights, hotels, ground transfers, dinner reservations, and on-site needs, all in one itinerary.
  • — 03Preferred-partner rates & perks — upgrades, breakfast, and credits not available booking direct.
  • — 04After-hours support during travel — when a flight cancels at 11pm, your team calls me, not your office manager.
  • — 05Recurring trips, conferences, off-sites — repeat playbooks for the trips your team takes again and again.

Khrista Williams on the Maltese coast

A little about me.

I'm a veteran educator — twenty-five years in classrooms and on the road with students. Traveling the world with them is what first sparked my own curiosity, and over time the trips between trips became their own kind of education.

Recently I've been touring Europe — Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Malta, and San Ramino — exploring, learning, and shaping what I can offer as a travel agent. I started Khrista Williams Travel in 2025 to share that discovery with others who love new experiences as much as I do.

How it works.

A simple, four-step rhythm that takes the guesswork out of planning. From first conversation to landing back home — I'm with you.

01We talk. A short, no-pressure call to understand the trip you're imagining — destinations on your mind, the pace you want, who's coming, what "a great trip" means to you.

— The discovery call

02I disappear, then return with a draft. A considered itinerary with hotel options, routing, and a few unexpected ideas. We go back and forth until it feels right.

— The proposal

03Once approved, I handle every booking — flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants, experiences. You receive one clean document with everything you need, day by day.

— The booking

04You travel — I'm on call. After-hours support throughout the trip. If a flight's delayed or a plan needs to shift, you message me and I take care of it.

— On the road

Let's begin.

Tell me a little about the trip you're imagining. I'll respond within two business days with a few questions and a sense of how I can help.
